Books: If your book arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at julie@tailsofsalem.com so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Because books ordered directly from Tails of Salem are signed, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage or fulfillment error.
Order cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped or prepared for pickup, we will do our best to accommodate the cancellation.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
